outdated room inconsistent housekeeping

The location proved convenient, particularly the proximity to a nearby park.

The room felt somewhat outdated, it had visible wear. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent (on certain days the amenities were not fully restocked). I was expecting better maintenance and attention to detail for the price paid, honestly.

friendly staff free shuttle

i was grateful for the friendly staff and their attentiveness to details! the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the station until late, convenient. i appreciated the clean room and the excellent breakfastwith a large variety of options.

i noticed that the hotel is located in an area without many restaurants or shops nearby. this is something to consider depending on the kind of experience you want.

slow process bad information

the location was good and rooms were in decent shape.

the check-in process was very slow despite giving advance notice of our requirements. concierge service provided bad information for a simple request about finding the elevator to the train station below. i also requested a dining reservation and got a run around.
